Open House New York (OHNY) is a nonprofit that connects the public with the architecture, infrastructure, and spaces that shape New York City. I helped shape and evolve the organization’s visual identity across year-round programming, campaigns, and major public events, including Open House New York Weekend, its flagship citywide festival.
Built to work across ongoing communications and large-scale event promotion, the system drew from modernist design principles and used bold typography, modular layouts, and a restrained color palette to create a clear, flexible visual language. Applied across print, digital campaigns, email, and social media, it helped maintain a consistent presence for programming and events that open 250+ sites across all five boroughs each year.
